I’m Darren Gustitus OTR/L, CHT, a certified hand therapist with 30 years of experience exclusively in upper extremity rehabilitation. I provide individualized home therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on evidence-based techniques and functional recovery. My goal is to empower you to achieve the best possible outcomes in your recovery journey through expert care delivered in the comfort of your home. I work with all orthopedic pathologies impacting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. My experience ranges from the treatment of professional athletes and musicians, to traumatic industrial accidents, weekend warrior table-saw injuries, and the all too common slip and fall patient.
